The Woolrich “Heritage Loft” collection for bedrooms and dining rooms is expanding into the living room with a unique collection of upholstered seating. Woolrich is the authentic American brand that embraces the outdoors lifestyle, and the two sofas with eight chair and ottoman options are rich with nature-inspired textures, patterns, and colors.
Crafted by Shadow Mountain, Inc., each piece is finely crafted with 8-way hand-tied solid wood frames and blend down cushioning. The extensive archives at the historic Woolrich Woolen Mill in north central Pennsylvania served as the foundation for the patterns and textures of the fabrics and leathers covering the comfortably scaled seating. Each sofa will retail at approximately $3,399.
“Brayton” is a nod to the urban rustic styling of “Heritage Loft,” and features subtly modernized saber legs, a gentle sloping back, and oversized square nail head trim. The quilted leather pillows, collage of fabrics in warm earthy tones, and saddle-colored leather used liberally, including on the seat cushion welts, are true Woolrich—comfortable and inviting. To round out a room setting there is a complementary modified wing back chair and ottoman.
“Chatham Run” features a combination of rich dark chocolate colored leather providing contrast to the caramel tones of the quilted and decoratively stitched leather. A patchwork of leather and fabrics on the accent pillows, tapered wood legs, and antiqued nail head trim are finishing touches. An elegant tapestry fabric in browns and rust gives this upholstered sofa, matching chair and ottoman an understated sophistication worthy of a mountain lodge or country estate.
Well-designed rooms offer a well coordinated but diverse blend of style elements.
